It isn’t easy to transform the defunct Calder Racetrack into a 2.3 million square foot Class A global logistics center. But that’s what the development professionals at Link Logistics were able to achieve in partnership with the City of Miami Gardens. 

We were delighted to work alongside the development team of Link to run point on the difficult and complex site plan approval process and shepherd this extraordinary project through the regulatory approval process. 

The Project will be a world-class, master-planned business spark comprised of twelve (12) warehouse and distribution buildings constructed on an 115-acre site.
