The Lennar Foundation Medical Center

We represented the University of Miami and lead the efforts to amend the City of Coral Gables local land development regulations in a way that would allow the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine to deliver  its academic medical expertise to the residents of Coral Gables. It was these regulatory amendments that enabled the development of the stunning Lennar Foundation Medical Center on the University’s Coral Gables Campus.
