We represented NR International in the entitlement process necessary to modify a suite of prior development approvals for a big box retail project and transform it into what is today known as the Life Time residences – a mixed use project featuring

We worked together with the development team at NR International, the City of Coral Gables Planning Staff, and the local community to bring forward a new vision for the transit oriented redevelopment of a significant parcel of land located at a key spot in the US#1 Corridor.
