Represented the City of Miami Beach as Special Counsel to amicably resolve complex development dispute.
Lead counsel through entitlements, litigation, and on appeal for NR International’s transformational transit oriented development in Coral Gables. Successfully amended and defended the amendment of a series of local laws that made the project possible
Lead litigation and appellate counsel for Dezer Development defending an array of challenges to the visionary redevelopment of the Intracoastal Mall into a vibrant, mixed-use, waterfront development.
Successfully represented the University of Miami in the comprehensive negotiation of a development agreement to govern the redevelopment of the Coral Gables Campus with 6.2 million square feet
Lead counsel for NR International in the transformation of a previously approved retail center into an iconic transit oriented mixed-use development featuring 679,758 SF of development containing 146 hotel rooms, 460 residential units, and more than 57,000 square feet of ground‐floor commercial space.
Successfully represented Link Logistics achieving site plan approval for Derby Pointe – a state of the art logistics center featuring 2.3 million square feet of industrial warehouse and logistics space
Lead counsel for Avalon Bay Communities. We amended a series of local land development regulations to transform an antiquated one-story supermarket into an urban gem of transit oriented mixed-use development.
Lead counsel for the University of Miami to amend the regulatory framework to allow a world-class medical center on the Coral Gables campus
Lead counsel to the City of Miami Beach defending a torrent of litigation, administrative, and appellate challenges to the City’s approval of the first Bvlgari Hotel in North America.
