Lead counsel for NR International in the transformation of a previously approved retail center into an iconic transit oriented mixed-use development featuring 679,758 SF of development containing 146 hotel rooms, 460 residential units, and more than 57,000 square feet of ground‐floor commercial space.
Successfully represented Link Logistics achieving site plan approval for Derby Pointe – a state of the art logistics center featuring 2.3 million square feet of industrial warehouse and logistics space.
Lead counsel for Avalon Bay Communities. We amended a series of local land development regulations to transform an antiquated one-story supermarket into an urban gem of transit oriented mixed-use development.
