Jeff Bass addresses Extraordinary Writs and Appellate Jurisdiction at Third District Court of Appeal Spring Seminar

Founding Partner Jeff Bass kicked off an afternoon seminar at the Third District Court of Appeal Spring Seminar. 

An assembly of appellate experts presented an array of topics concerning Extraordinary Writs and Non-Final Appeals. Jeff presented on the topic of the circuit court’s appellate jurisdiction following the sweeping jurisdictional changes ushered in by the 2020-61, Laws of Florida. Jeff termed the legislation, “The greatest jurisdictional foist in recent memory.”
