Our Partner, Jennifer D. Bailey, recently returned from Tacoma, Washington, where she spent two days presenting on essential leadership skills and providing executive coaching to judges at the Washington State District and Municipal Court Judge’s Association.
Following this, Jennifer traveled to California to present before the California Presiding Judge and Court Executive Officer (PJCEO) Court Management for the Judicial Council of California. Her presentation focused on the transition from trial court judge to leadership and management roles, as well as the executive skills necessary for effective persuasion among judges, court partners, and key stakeholders.
Her dedication to judicial leadership and professional development continues to make an impact across the legal community.
