Uptown Harbour Case

E. Shores Prop. Owners Ass’n v. City of N. Miami Beach, No. 2021-02-AP, 2022 WL 203209 (Fla. 11^th Cir. Ct. Jan. 10, 2022).

We served as lead litigation and appellate counsel to successfully defend several challenges that were brought in a failed attempt to derail the development. 

At issue were complex matters relating to transportation planning, access, heights, density, and intensity.
