We represented the City of Miami Beach as Special Outside Counsel to defend the City’s approval of the first ultra-luxury Bvlgari Hotel in North America.
A neighboring competitor unleashed a torrent of administrative and litigation challenges to the redevelopment and the City’s approval of it.
The challenges involved complex questions of real property law, administrative law, historic preservation, and appellate practice.
We successfully defended the City in all challenges.
